Group Travel Housing Bureau
The BCVB also serves as a Housing Bureau by assisting groups in securing group rates and reservations at local hotels. Also, the BCVB can supply you with necessary information and assist you in designing a housing form for your motorcoach visit. Housing Bureau services must be requested at least three months in advance.
Step-On Guide Arrangements
With one call to the Bristol Convention and Visitor’s Bureau with the date and length of stay of your tour, we will book the guide for you. Please note that some charges may be incurred in requesting a step-on guide. Step-on rates will range per motor coach: $75 (0-4 hours); $150 (4-8 hours). Additional full-day, weekend and weekly rates can also be arranged.
Site Visits
The BCVB will arrange appointments for your personal inspection of accommodation and attraction sites. Five business days notice is appreciated.
Promotional Assistance
The BCVB has a wide variety of promotional aids available to assist you in promoting the Bristol area as your next tour destination. Literature, photography and slides are all available for loan upon request. A promotional video and CD Rom of the Bristol area is also available.
Familiarization Tours
The BCVB periodically arrange FAM tours to the Bristol area. If you are interested in participating, please contact the Bureau at (423) 989 - 4850.
