COUNTRY'S BIG BANG: THE BRISTOL SESSIONS OPENS IN NASHVILLE
Nashville, TN - The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the recording event hailed by many historians as "the big bang of country music" - the Bristol sessions - with a new spotlight exhibit, Country's Big Bang: The Bristol Sessions. The August 2005 issue of Golf Digest ranked Tri-Cities, Tenn./Va., as the second best region in the United States to play golf. Golf Digest compiled the rating from four criteria: accessibility (45%), weather (25%), value of golf-price (15%) and quality of golf (15%). The rating included 330 Metropolitan Statistical Areas with a population in excess of 50,000.
