Emory & Henry College Community Day

Members of the greater community are invited to celebrate Community Day at Emory & Henry College on Saturday, November 13. As a way to give back to the community, we’re holding a free day of football game day fun. We’ll also be collecting food bank items at the Brooks Field House. Let’s support our community while having fun at the final home football game of the season! Tickets for stadium entry are available for those without prior arrangements at the President's Tailgate. Please RSVP at www.ehc.edu/communityday

• Donate Food Locally at Brooks Field House
  The E&H Appalachian Center for Civic Life notes that local food banks are in need of the following items: canned meats, fruits, vegetables, meals, dry beans and rice. The organizations will accept and appreciate any donations. Donate at Brooks Field House street-side entrance. 
• Tailgate with the President: Starts at 11:30 a.m. • Brooks Field House
  Enjoy refreshments, see the Marching Band perform the pre-game show with local high school students for Honor Band Scholarship Day and watch kickoff from the balcony with E&H President Dr. John W. Wells. Please RSVP. 
• Take a Guided Campus Tour: 11:30 a.m.  •  Office of Admissions
  Prospective students and families are invited for a tour of campus. Please RSVP. 
• Shop the Arts & Crafts Fair: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.  •  Memorial Chapel, Fellowship Hall 
  Local vendors have handcrafted writing pens, needlecrafts, notecards, jewelry, homemade baked goods, E&H spirit items, Christmas and other holiday decorations for sale. Proceeds benefit E&H student scholarships.
