The Appalachia Signature Chefs Auction brings together top local chefs showcasing their culinary masterpieces, a generous sampling of fine wines, fabulous entertainment and a lively auction featuring one-of-a-kind packages. For over 20 years, this event has helped raise important dollars for the March of Dimes. The Signature Chefs Auction pays tribute to the culinary excellence of local chefs and caterers in East Tennessee and is geared towards people who enjoy fine dining, fine wine, auctions and entertainment.
