Description

As part of the Bristol Public Library’s community read project, “One Book, One Bristol,” the library is offering special space-themed events and presentations for library patrons, visitors, and friends throughout October.  On October 18, the library is pleased to welcome Jason Dorfman from Bays Mountain Park and Planetarium!

During Dorfman’s presentation, “Observing the Night Sky,” guests will have the opportunity to learn about the night sky and look into the history of rocketry, including how it has forever changed how we view—and visit—the stars.  If you have ever been curious about stargazing and the history behind rockets, make sure to stop by the Bristol Public Library on October 18 at 5:00 p.m. in the J. Henry Kegley Meeting Room to take advantage of this free presentation!
